When will i receive my order?We aim to dispatch all orders within two working day, items posted within the UK are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery so can be expected within 3-4 working days. Orders placed in the UK with the option of 'Next Day Delivery' will be dispatched the same working day if order is received before 3pm so delivery can be expected the next working day. Please note for orders placed on Friday delivery will be scheduled for Monday. Delivery for Items posted within Europe typically takes 3-5 working days. Delivery for Items posted to the rest of the world typically takes 5-7 working days. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak period and public holidays.

Can I track my order?As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain any tracking details for the order. Please note that it can take some days before tracking information becomes available. Orders placed in the UK under £20 are dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery service which does not provide tracking.

What locations do you ship to?We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £12.95 for items sent within the EU and £22.95 to the rest of the world. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of International customers to make sure they are aware of custom or import duty charges that may be incurred before placing an order on our website, this is not included in the price on our website and will be charged upon arrival in the destination country.

Where is my order? I think my order is missing?Orders placed within the UK can be expected within 3-4 working days but please allow for delays during peak periods, if your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe please contact us via the contact form on our website or via email and we will endeavour to look into this for you.

What payment options do you offer?We accept payment via Paypal, credit or debit card - unfortunately we do not accept cheques or bank transfer.

Is VAT/Import Duty included for international orders?No. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of International customers to make sure they are aware of custom or import duty charges that may be incurred before placing an order on our website, this is not included in the price on our website and will be charged upon arrival in the destination country.

Can i return my item?We offer hassle-free 14 day returns on all items posted in the UK (unless otherwise specified - I.e underwear, swimwear and jewellery is non-returnable) Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. A refund will only be issued once the item is received back to us. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept international returns, however in the unlikely occasion there is something wrong with your order please contact us via our contact form or email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. How do i return an item?If you wish to return an item please fill in our quick and easy returns form which you can find on our website under the Delivery & Returns section, once approved you will be provided with all the information you need including the return address.

Who pays return shipping?Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns can be sent via any delivery service that is best suited to you but we do recommend items are returned via a tracked service or via a service where the level of compensation meets the value of the item as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post, it is also advised that proof of postage is retained in the event a claim for loss needs to be filed. 'Next Day Delivery' postage is non-refundable on returned items where this delivery service was selected.

What if my item received is faulty or not as described?All our items are throughly checked and condition graded before going on our website, and we will always mention any damage or signs of wear a garment may have (however small), however due to the nature of pre-loved items there may be the rare occasion we have missed something - if this is the case please get in touch with us as soon as possible. How long will it take to receive my refund?A full refund (minus return postage costs) will be issued as soon as the item is received back. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (for example if you paid using a debit card the amount will be returned back to the same debit card) Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Can i cancel my order?If you wish to cancel or amend an order please get in contact with us as soon as possible. You can contact us via the contact form on our site or by emailing hello@chicandcheerful.co.uk Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after dispatch.

Are all your items pre-loved?Most of our items are pre-loved but we do also stock new items, you will see a badge on the item 'Brand New' with more information on the condition under the item details page.

How will i know the item will be in good condition?Each garment on our website has been hand selected, checked over and condition graded by us, making sure you only receive items we would be happy to receive ourselves! The item condition will always be displayed under the description of each garment. You can refer to our Condition Guide below for more information. All garments sold on our website are pre-loved (unless labelled brand new) we only sell items that are very lightly worn so you won't find items with significant wear or tear, you can find the garment condition listed on the item page, however we do wish to be as transparent as possible so any signs of wear (however minor!) will always be mentioned, see our handy condition guide below: Brand new - you guessed it! an item that is new with tags attached or new without tags but in pristine, unworn condition. Immaculate - a garment that is in perfect condition, with no signs of wear and looks as good as new! Excellent - a garment that has been worn but is in excellent condition with no marks and minimal signs of wear. Great - a garment that has been worn and may have a few slight signs of wear, for example very small repairable damage, light wear to the fabric, light pulls to the fabric, small marks (this will always be detailed in the description and the photos)

Do you buy clothes?Unlike other online pre-loved clothing stores we are not a consignment store but rather source all the garments for sale on our website ourselves, meaning we can offer you the best selection of brands and ensure excellent quality and condition at the best price.

What sizes do you stock?We try our best to carry a large range of sizes, mostly ranging from UK 8-14. The garment size will be clearly displayed on each listing, with measurements also included under item details. If you have any queries about specific brand sizing we are more than happy to help, just get in touch via the contact form on our website.
